Index Client Services Associate

Qontigo is currently seeking an Index Client Service Associate to join our Customer Experience Group team as a full-time employee, based in our Prague office. In this role, the Index Client Service Associate will act as first tier support for clients. These are the main responsibilities for the Index Client Service Associate:

• Answer detailed client inquiries about STOXX and DAX Indexes and methodology.
• Communicate and liaise with internal teams to deliver the best possible client experience.
• Act as the internal voice of clients within the organization by providing client feedback to the Product Management, Sales, R&D and Operations teams.
• Participate in developing client relationships through proactive follow up on issues raised by clients.
• Build and nurture relationships by ensuring relevant information is shared with clients.
• Keep up with current events and trends in the market place.

• Strong interest in the financial markets and index industry
