We work in a complex IT landscape, with large data volumes in large-scale agile programs. We add value by understanding our stakeholders’ needs and help them build innovative and fit for purpose solutions through requirements engineering and system analysis &amp; design. The development activities span across domains ranging from Regulatory solutions, Fraud detection and analytics, Anti Money Laundering, and Sanctions.</p> <p> </p> <p>We work closely with colleagues in virtual agile teams across Nordics, Poland, Iberia, and India. At Nordea we come from 100+ countries and speak 20+ languages.</p> <p> </p> <p>Requirements and Analysis is at the core of development activities. We are now looking for candidates to strengthen our capabilities.</p> <p> </p> <p>What you’ll be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Perform IT analysis, investigative data analysis, system design, and data modelling to support development teams</li> <li>Elicit functional and non-functional requirements supported by established frameworks and tools</li> <li>Contribute to roadmaps and plans to ensure a modern, compliant, and performant system</li> <li>Take lead and drive requirement and analysis work that involves multiple stakeholders, ultimately to design sustainable and value adding solutions</li> <li>Build a contextual understanding of business processes on one hand and functional/technical know-how of our solutions on the other</li> <li>Together with the team of IT-Analysts develop our way of working</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for our new colleague in Stockholm.</p> <p> </p> <p>Who you are</p> <p> </p> <p>Collaboration.
