Hyundai Glendale is looking for an Automotive Phone Appointment Scheduler for our busy Service Department who will be handling service calls.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering a large volume of incoming phone calls, with active customers who are looking to schedule routine vehicle maintenance appointments, emergency service appointments, vehicle in-service status checkups, etc.
• Screen calls, and obtain enough information to allow for short & long-term follow-up (Call, Email, Text)
• Use our Customer Relations Manager tool (CRM), to update prospect notes and organize follow-up with prospects to create appointments and follow-up for services.
• Coordinate follow-up with store service advisors and service managers to ensure proper customer service.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1+ yrs experience preferred Customer Service experience, but not required.
• Must be able to work full-time.
• Must be available to work weekdays & weekends.
• Must be coachable and willing to take criticism/improvement recommendations.
• Must be quick with utilizing Windows computers, typing, & phones.
• Must be able to multi-task and be well organized.
• Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service and sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Must have a clean valid driver's license.
• Must pass personal background check and successfully complete a mandatory drug screen.
• A motivated individual who is a people-person with a friendly personality with fast-paced organizational skills
