About the role
<p>My client is looking for an experienced Middle Team Manager to act as a key operational and people leader within the IT Applications domain. This role sits at the crossroads of team management, project execution, and change management, with a strong focus on translating strategy into concrete, executable actions.</p><ul><li>Manage, coach, and develop one or several IT application teams.</li><li>Ensure team engagement, performance, and skills development.</li><li>Actively support organizational, process, and technology changes.</li><li>Ensure teams and stakeholders adopt new ways of working, tools, and solutions.</li><li>Anticipate resistance to change and implement mitigation actions.</li><li>Serve as a trusted, hands-on partner to the Head of Applications.</li><li>Translate strategic roadmaps and objectives into operational execution.</li></ul>
<p>Profile</p><ul><li>Proven experience in IT team management within an applications or delivery environment.</li><li>Solid experience in project management and change management.</li><li>Good understanding of application lifecycle management and IT delivery models.</li><li>Experience acting as a bridge between strategy and execution is a strong asset.</li><li><strong>Trilingual: English, French, and Dutch</strong> (spoken and written - mandatory).</li><li>Comfortable working in a multilingual, multicultural environment.</li></ul>
