We are committed to upholding fairness and ensuring a reliable platform for unforgettable travel experiences.</p> <h3><strong>Your mission:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Team Leadership and Management:<br/><br/></strong></li> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Fraud Prevention Operational Agents, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.</li> <li>Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and identify training needs.</li> <li>Manage team schedules and ensure adequate staffing to maintain operational efficiency.</li> <li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.<br/><br/></li> </ul> <li><strong>Fraud Prevention Strategy and Execution:<br/><br/></strong></li> <ul> <li>Develop, implement, and optimize fraud prevention strategies, rules, and procedures specific to the e-commerce environment.</li> <li>Monitor and analyze transaction data and system alerts to identify potential fraudulent activities and emerging fraud trends.</li> <li>Utilize various fraud prevention tools and technologies to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Customer Service, and Legal, to implement effective fraud controls and processes.<br/><br/></li> </ul> <li><strong>Operational Excellence:<br/><br/></strong></li> <ul> <li>Oversee the daily operations of the fraud prevention team, ensuring timely and accurate review of potentially fraudulent transactions.</li> <li>Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fraud detection, prevention, and operational efficiency.</li> <li>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of fraud prevention processes and procedures.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and best practices.<br/><br/></li> </ul> <li><strong>Investigation and Reporting:<br/><br/></strong></li> <ul> <li>Lead and conduct thorough investigations of suspected fraudulent activities, gathering evidence and documenting findings.</li> <li>Prepare detailed reports on fraud trends, investigation outcomes, and the effectiveness of fraud prevention measures.</li> <li>Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of fraud prevention strategies.<br/><br/></li> </ul> <li><strong>Stakeholder Communication:<br/><br/></strong></li> <ul> <li>Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding fraud-related issues and prevention efforts.</li> <li>Collaborate with payment processors and other external partners on fraud prevention initiatives.</li> <li>Provide training and awareness sessions to other departments on fraud risks and prevention best practices.</li> </ul> </ul> <h3><strong>Your toolkit:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing a team of fraud prevention operational agents, preferably within the e-commerce industry.</li> <li>Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing fraud prevention strategies that reduce fraud losses.</li> <li>Strong understanding of e-commerce fraud trends, techniques, and technologies.</li> <li>Experience working with various fraud prevention tools, such as rule-based systems, machine learning models, and third-party vendor solutions.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex data.</li> <li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline is preferred.<br/><br/></li> <li>Certifications in fraud examination or fraud prevention.</li> <li>Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools.</li> <li>Kn
