The IT Strategy & Planning Analyst – Principal is a key leader in advancing Prime’s technology planning and delivery operating model. This role is accountable for designing frameworks, delivering training, providing coaching, and driving continuous improvement to strengthen organizational alignment. As a subject matter expert, the analyst ensures that processes, tools, and services are optimized to support Prime’s strategic and operational objectives.
By partnering closely with stakeholders across IT, finance, and business operations, this position fosters strong cross‑functional collaboration, enhances service delivery, and promotes a culture of operational excellence throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders, IT leadership, enterprise architecture, and strategy teams to ensure the delivery framework is aligned and integrated with broader organizational processes.
- Apply architectural principles to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities across people, process, information, and technology domains, and drive enhancements to strengthen the delivery framework.
- Analyze complex process challenges and translate them into clear, actionable, and scalable solutions that support operational effectiveness and strategic alignment.
- Support delivery governance and process assurance by defining business context, conducting impact analyses, and establishing measurement approaches to monitor effectiveness.
- Lead cross functional teams to gather, evaluate, and synthesize feedback on the operating model, using insights to drive continuous improvement and maturity of adoption.
- Manage ongoing updates to operating model framework assets, including maintaining SharePoint content, documentation, and training materials to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance on the operating model to stakeholders at all levels, fostering consistent understanding and adoption across the organization.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and quality of operating model templates and deliverable repositories, ensuring they remain aligned with established standards and governance expectations.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required
7 years of work experience in IT, business operations or related field including 3 years of experience in process design and improvement
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
