Deposit Operations Specialist - full-time (40 hours), non-exempt.

The Deposit Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations related to the organization's deposit functions. Key responsibilities include reviewing and maintaining deposit accounts, handling wire transfers, Treasury Management support, and performing other tasks related to deposit operations. This position requires various skills, including mental acuity, accuracy, and working effectively under tight deadlines. The specialist must be self-motivated and adept at organizing daily tasks to ensure timely completion. Complying with all bank policies and procedures and applicable state and federal banking regulations is essential.
 

Qualified candidates will have:

1. Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
2. Preferred: Two years of customer service and/or deposit operations experience.
3. Knowledge of bank products and services.
4. Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
5. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in math, basic accounting, and competent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
7. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
8. Demonstrate courtesy, tact, and diplomacy while interacting with internal and external customers.
9. Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
10. Ability to make sound decisions, follow established processes, take initiative, conduct research, solve problems, adapt, and manage change.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $35.00 per hour.
