This is a full-time, on-site position. Work hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

 

The Pain Navigation Service and Pain Rehabilitation Program offers a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to chronic pain treatment. The Pain Navigation Service offers a comprehensive evaluation by a medical provider, a pain psychology provider, and a physical therapist. The Pain Rehabilitation Program is a 1-week or 3-week program that meets daily to address their chronic pain conditions. There are many opportunities to expand the role to include higher level projects as the program expands. 

 

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Provides standard administrative and technical support to multiple leaders or senior leadership.
  • Manages schedules/calendars, coordinates meetings and events, prepares travel arrangements, processes invoices and expense reports, and handles inquires, as appropriate, across teams they support. 
  • Manages work with limited guidance and direction. 
  • Anticipates and proactively addresses administrative and technical issues and challenges as they arise. 
  • Assures accuracy and availability of office records, files, resource data, various reports, basic budget oversight, etc. 
  • Exercises sound independent judgement, anticipates potential issues and challenges, and recognizes the specific needs of their leader(s).

 

Key Relationships

Reports to: Clinic Manager 

 

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.

• Requires 3-5+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.

• Requires intermediate proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Requires intermediate experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.
