ROLE SUMMARY:  
This role supports local BCBU locations with Accounts Payable activities, vendor/supplier support, and data entry. The position works closely with BCBU and Finance Partners to provide accurate and timely reports, analysis, and monitoring. The individual will also lead and participate in process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Support local BCBU locations on Accounts Payable posting & related activities, vendor/supplier support, & data entry
• Work closely with BCBU and Finance Partners to provide routine and ad hoc reports, analysis, tracking & monitoring, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Lead and participate as a member of process improvement or project teams, working closely with BCBU
• Lead BCBU efforts toward compliance to internal controls, standards, and regulations (IFRS, SOX/MICs, etc.)
• Take corrective action to resolve errors or inconsistencies

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent oral and written communication skills
• High sense of urgency and ability to work with minimal direct supervision
• Proven organizational and leadership skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize work, delegate responsibilities, and manage process activities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset and strong team orientation
