Rate and PERKS: 

• $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
• Starting Salary (based on experience): $19.00 to $21.00 per hour

As a Customer Service Representative for our company, you will:

• Answers calls from customers wanted to place an order from our ecommerce website
• Answer incoming customer inquiries about product details, return policies, billing issues, and general concerns.
• Record customer information within our customer service database.
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while assisting them with their online order.
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.

Candidates must have:

• A passion for working with people and offering outstanding customer support
• The ability to use multiple computer applications while talking to clients over the phone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Candidates must be available:

• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekend Opportunities- Saturday-Sunday
• Seasonal - Full Time Hours
