Ready to Press Play on Potential?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p></div><p><strong>Let's start with the role</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Product Manager in the AI department, you will define and drive the vision and long-term strategy for Artificial Intelligence at Kaizen. You will lead a team of diverse AI product professionals to support development of AI-empowered products by using product and agile best practices in order to maximize the business value of the team's deliverables. This is a unique role that combines product leadership skills and knowledge of the machine learning / AI product lifecycle.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>As a Senior AI Product Manager you will</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define the AI product vision and strategy in alignment with Kaizen’s vision and strategy;</li> <li>Define success metrics (KPIs) and track the performance of AI products;</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain domain expertise, gathering business and customer requirements;</li> <li>Maintain or oversee the ΑΙ roadmap, ensuring impact-driven prioritization, data driven decision making, problem validation and alignment with internal stakeholders;</li> <li>Contribute or lead discovery process;</li> <li>Provide input towards measures of success for initiatives in conjunction with product owner & analyst;</li> <li>Work closely with the AI engineering management team in order to execute the strategy and deliver high-quality AI products and solutions;</li> <li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities across products and the wider Gaming industry;</li> <li>Communicate product updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization;</li> <li>Mentor a team of product owners and analysts to support their growth.
