Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

As the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will help shape Nimble’s strategy by aligning the company’s business objectives and decision-making processes to its financial results and projections. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has financial modeling expertise. This role will report to the CFO.

You will:

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare and present financial reports and drive insights into performance
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business initiatives
• Set up financial reporting for the company’s next stages of maturation
• Work in the Redwood City office 3 times a week

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to operate in the details
