CoC Team Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads a team of product engineers, provides training and staff development, assists team members in setting goals (Performance Leadership process), motivates team members and conducts team member assessments, coordinating of team allocation to projects.                                                                                                                                                                                                         
• Supports the process of solving major product / project / process problems                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
• Supports the process of new business quotations                                                                                                                                                                                                             
• Supports the preparation of supporting documents for the group / center budget, plans capacities and monitors their usage                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
• Supervises compliance with emphasizes standardization, designing methodology, LL and DGL

                                                                                                                                                                                               

• Performs other activities according to the superior's instructions, which do not contradict with the position's activities         

 

• Mentors other mechanical engineers                                                                                                                                                                                     
• Is working in compliance with prescription of safety and health protection ( BOZP ) & fire protection (PO); internal regulations and applicable legislation                                                                                                                                                     

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S):

• University Education, Engineering field of study

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S):

• More than 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in the field of mechanical design, lighting technology advantage
• Experience with team / project leadership welcome, good communication and organizational skills
• English on advanced level (B2)
• Professional knowledge / Technologies /  Methodologies

• Good knowledge of MS Office, Windows
• User knowledge of CAD (CATIA advantage), GD&T, DFMEA

• Certificates

 – Driving license B
