What you’ll do

Our Consulting Expert Partners are responsible for subject matter expertise, project delivery and oversight along with client relationship management. You will work with teams and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes.

What you’ll need

AI / ML / Generative AI Capabilities

• Proven experience (5+ years) in AI and machine learning, specifically within ERP, CRM, SCM, or cloud environments and demonstrated impact across these areas.

• Deep experience with Data, Analytics, AI and Automation Solutions and tools including understanding of various service providers and tools available in the marketplace

• Experience communicating business problems and their AI-related solutions to C-Suite audiences

• Experience with AI application platform-related architecture and integration decisions, including native enterprise application vendor solutions vs. best of breed AI bolt-ons or platforms

• Experience with AIOps tools, use cases and service delivery optimization.

• Experience with workload capacity planning for AI use cases execution, experience in cloud computing and hybrid storage to guide AI use case scale-out.

• Consulting experience working with executive enterprise leaders, addressing their mission critical priorities in a project delivery and sales capacity.

• Commercial industry experience i.e.,  manufacturing/CPG, healthcare, high technology, mid-market financial services

• Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

• AWS, Azure, Google, IBM or other cloud architect certification

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.

Additional

• Commercial industry experience (e.g., mid-size enterprises in high technology, telecom, manufacturing/CPG, healthcare, etc.)

• Knowledge of developer productivity use cases and adoption guidance for AI-enabled developer experience transformation

• Knowledge of full stack application development technologies with skills in both front-end and back-end development, including web development, databases, system architecture, cloud technology, API development and integration, and software engineering. 

• Demonstrated knowledge of the latest trends, vendor developments, GAI open-source ecosystem, capabilities related to Large Language/Parameter Models and implications on value: business models, productivity, revenue, experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the smart assistant space (both pre and post -GAI)

• Knowledge of full stack application development technologies with skills in both front-end and back-end development, including web development, databases, system architecture, cloud technology, API development and integration, and software engineering.
