THE OPPORTUNITY:
In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate with a highly skilled and integrated team comprising sales, marketing, PRA, and medical professionals. Your wealth of experience will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy at both local and national levels, ultimately impacting patient outcomes across Lilly’s current and future immunology portfolio.
As an Immunology Territory Business Manager, we will want to you to leverage your industry knowledge to identify and engage key healthcare professionals (HCPs) within your territory. Your ability to build and nurture strong relationships will be instrumental in promoting the priorities of our multi-brand portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Compliantly achieve/Exceed sales & new patient start targets through a mixture of focused customer interactions – including face to face calls, meetings & digital tactics.
- Use business information to identify variance in local account performance and collaborate on tactical plans to improve performance.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise and product knowledge of own therapeutic area & appropriate competitor products.
- Define, prepare, and implement your territory business plan with strong cross functional collaboration, that is aligned with the brand strategy and improving execution of key tactics.
- Support HCPs by continuing to develop / grow key capabilities in line with the company culture.
- Partner with the VAM team, Medical and key head office colleagues to ensure good teamwork and support of the customer base, leading to optimum business outcomes.
- Demonstrate high integrity & compliance at all times with a can-do attitude.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Winning attitude, desire to win in a highly competitive environment.
- Proven track record in identifying and converting business opportunities into growth.
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and stakeholder management (internal and external).
- Excellent demonstration of key capabilities such as in call selling skills, communication skills, key account management, business planning, personal accountability, flexibility, and desire for success.
- Confident with the use of alternative appropriate channels of communication and the use of virtual customer communication to improve customer experience.
- Ability to make data driven decisions that impact the business results.
- Proven ability to complete P2P/eP2P meeting programs.
- Experienced in developing regional and national thought leaders.
- Ability to sell a portfolio of products (preferable but not essential)
- Past Immunology (Dermatology, Rheumatology or Gastroenterology) experience (preferable but not essential)
- Flexible and fluid - comfortable working with ambiguity and adapt to changing strategic priorities.
- ABPI Qualified.
- Full UK Driving license.
