About the role: 
The Business Process Analyst is responsible for evaluating, designing, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role serves as the primary stakeholder for all emerging solutions pertaining to work Instructions and processes within Customer Experience and collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions that align with organizational goals.  At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners to conduct fieldwork including interviews, process flow determination, critical analysis of value/non-value-added activities, financial analysis, system data analysis and other assessments; assist with project planning and drafting project reports
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of current systems and processes; assist with process improvement and reengineering projects
  • Evaluating internal control systems to recommend improvements
  • Assisting CDx services with capturing, analyzing, trending and improving specific customer experience
  • Compiling, analyzing and reporting performance metrics to measure quality effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery
  • Supporting special projects such as financial auditing, compliance, and due diligence reviews
  • Performing other duties as required 

  
Required qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of customer support experience in medical device or related industry
  • Experience reviewing and writing technical documents; knowledge of basic reporting practices and procedures  
  • Experience presenting complex technical topics to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Fluent in English language (multilingual is highly beneficial)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Ability to travel up 5% domestically

 

Preferred qualifications:   

  • Experience with Windchill or similar document control system 
  • Experience with project management and collaborating with teams to define and meet project deadlines
  • Working knowledge of systematic problem-solving methodologies
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

 

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
