Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, is in search of a Systems Analyst to join their team. The Systems Analyst is responsible for producing detailed technical system designs by collaborating with Implementation Analysts, Account Managers, UI/UX Designers and Software Developers for solutions that fulfill both client customization requests and enhancements to system functionality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Work closely with the design and product development team on standards and best practices, effectively contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of business applications.
• Analyze client needs and design solutions that fit within the standards of system
• Ensure that software developers understand the systems designs by collaborating directly with them and the business users throughout the process
• Create technical requirements and design documentation; communicate solutions for both business users and internal/external software developers.
• Provide support to internal users of the systems in the form of training, coaching, and troubleshooting
• Develop appropriate test cases that will validate the system designs have been implemented properly, User Acceptance Testing, User Stories, and use case.
• Stay current with industry trends by evaluating competitor software systems and determining new opportunities for system functionality.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Experience with software development
• Knowledge of business information systems and familiarity with programming languages
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
