What is the position? 
We are currently seeking a strong Secret cleared Technical Lead/Sr. Developer that will lead end to end ServiceNow implementation project teams and own project delivery goals. 
 
What will I get to do?  
This Technical lead will leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions which includes technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations.  Also as a Technical Lead, you will be required to organize and prioritize the development teams efforts, interface with clients and management, work with client to access current state processes and tools and provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to internal and external stakeholders.
 
What qualifications do I need? 

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to pass an extensive federal government e-QIP background check.
• Must have an active DOD Secret clearance. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• 3+ years; ServiceNow Technical Lead experience
• 7+ years; ServiceNow development experience in HRSD, GRC/IRM, and ITBM/SPM
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation certification
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow configuration and implementation
• Success as Lead Consultant in 5 or more end to end ServiceNow implementation projects
• Knowledge of JavaScript or similar scripting language
• Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and demonstrated project management skills and experience working directly with customers and clients
• Experience building and coding Configuration Management Databases (CMDB)
• Expert knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services
• Expert knowledge of remote administration via SSH, SNMP, WMI or PowerShell
• Expert knowledge of relational databases
• Expert knowledge of systems and network performance and availability monitoring and analysis as well as configuration management

 
What additional characteristics will help me thrive?  

• ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps, SAM or HR
• Broad experience across ServiceNow platform

Compensation

$113,927.72 - $187,981.83

The pay range for this job is determined by various factors, including but not necessarily limited to location, responsibilities of the job, and alignment with market data. When determining a salary for this role, the following factors may be taken into consideration - contract-specific affordability, education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience.
