GenAI Senior Business Functional Specialist

Are you eager to drive business transformation using Generative AI technologies within the banking sector? Danske Bank is expanding its GenAI Tribe, and we are seeking a proactive Business Functional Specialist who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. 
 

The Role

As a Senior Business Functional Specialist in our GenAI Tribe, you will assist in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will take charge of documenting business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders across the Danske Bank group, and ensuring that solutions align with strategic goals. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Driving the clarification process, documenting business needs comprehensively and ensuring effective coordination with stakeholders across the entire Danske Bank group. 

• Collaborating with IT developers and business teams to design technical solutions, which includes coordinating and facilitating various activities to ensure alignment and integration. 

• Utilizing your deep understanding of business operations to identify and implement high-value solutions, translating complex business and technical requirements into actionable epics and user stories in an agile, scrum-based environment. 
   

Who You Are 

You are a detail-oriented with a solid foundation in IT or business, and substantial experience as a Business Analyst or consultant in an agile setup and have worked with use-cases prior in some capacity. You are known for your effective communication skills and your ability to work in a team-oriented environment and feel comfortable creating presentation material for stakeholders. 

We image you possess: 

• A university degree in IT or Business. 

• Comfortable coming to our beautiful Copenhagen office 3-4 times a week. 

• Several years of experience in an agile environment, preferably as a Business Analyst or consultant. 

• Advanced English language proficiency and effective communication skills. 

• Experience in the financial sector, which will be considered beneficial.  

We are a new unit working in a scaled agile set-up, who value collaboration and have a very strong delivery ambition and focus.
