GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY: Assist the Recruiting and Centralized Scheduling (CS) department in scheduling the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass Applicants and Team Members. Help optimize the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass Team Members schedules. Help instill a “Team Member first” attitude throughout the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist with scheduling, completing references, background checks, and other administrative duties essential to recruiting. 
• Assist with new hire onboarding. 
• Set up the training room for New Hire Orientation. 
• Maintain excel spreadsheets to track all schedules and recruiting activity.
• Create weekly schedules in our Human Capital Management (HCM) and Excel.
• Assist the CS department with other projects as needed.
• Contact team members to fill in cover call outs.
• Update timecards accurately. 
• Accurately filing. 
• Any other tasks as requested by HR Team. 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BA degree or equivalent classes and experience in Human Resources preferred.
• One year scheduling experience preferred, or equivalent administrative experience. 
• Tourism, hospitality or restaurant experience helpful.
• Knowledgeable of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with public speaking.
• Strong software skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Human Capital Management systems strongly preferred

Full Time, Seasonal Paid Position

Anticipated duration from April 2025 - August 2025

Hourly Rate: $22 - $24 / hour
