In the role of Procurement Performance & Transformation lead, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a high-tech innovative diagnostic and treatment product line of Image Guided Therapy Systems and Diagnostic X-Ray.
You’ll be involved in a world-class organization and team and report directly to the Procurement Business Partner of IGTS & DXR. You’ll lead the Transformation Program Office in close alignment with the ISC IGTS Transformation Office to secure World Class Business impact from Procurement activities. You’ll guide the activities of programs of the businesses in scope to enhance Product Competitiveness, Innovation, Cost reduction, Performance, Capabilities, and Culture of the Business Procurement team together with cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll act as a back-up to the Procurement Business Partner and learn how to lead procurement activities on the Business level.
Your role:
Drive (initiate, organize & implement) Strategic Procurement Programs and Transformations in the Business in line with Business, ISC, Category, and Business Procurement strategies.
Act as the “chief of staff” to the Procurement Business Partner in strategic planning, co-lead meetings, manage agendas, and unite and drive strategy execution among Procurement teams.
You’ll act as a trusted adviser of the Procurement Business Partner and help drive activities in multiple business lines (IGT Systems Fixed, Mobile Surgery, and DXR) wherein you’ll learn these businesses and have an impact on their Business results.
Lead to gain agreements on and achieve program goals and objectives, balancing and managing the program scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks.
Clearly outline expected project deliverables and project Interdependencies as well as monitor the business cases and secure well‐defined program approaches.
Lead the Productivity, Product Roadmap and Supply Base Transformation Program
Lead and coordinate program activities and resources across the program scope on a global scale to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Build partnerships with the program’s stakeholders (both internal and external), leverage them to achieve organizational goals, influence their opinions and negotiate effective solutions.
You’ll oversee resource management and secure with other local Procurement Business Partners the resourcing and allocation of activities.
You're the right fit if:
Master (MSc) or Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, and Supply Chain
10-15 years of relevant working experience in Procurement or Business Excellence, preferably within the medical equipment industry
Demonstrated record of Project and/ or Program management both in results achieved and in the use of professional methodology
Proven skills in collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholders.
Ability to build and nurture effective relationships and develop strong cooperation within Philips Procurement, Integrated Supply Chain, the Business, and other functions.
Able to identify and evaluate fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction.
Results-oriented: take personal accountability to deliver results with a quality-first mindset.
English language skills
Dutch language skills are nice to have
