We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Internal Traveler to support our teams by covering clinician leaves in the Barnstable region of Massachusetts and surrounding areas with additional compensation for travel exceeding the standard requirements. This is a unique opportunity for a PTA with a minimum of 1 year of Home Care experience that enjoys variety, autonomy, and the ability to serve multiple communities.

Your Role as an Internal Traveler Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Internal Traveler:

• Travel between patient locations within the designated service area to provide coverage for clinician leaves.
• Provide physical therapy treatments to individuals in their homes as directed by the supervising PT.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and activities to promote recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure high-quality patient care.

What We're Looking For:

• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with licensure in Massachusetts (Required)
• 1 year Experience in home health
• Strong adaptability to diverse clinical environments
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
