Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

1. Project Planning and Management: oversees complex, cross-functional projects focused on the implementation of MacroHealth solutions for external customers. 

2. Communicates and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders: develops strong working relationships with stakeholder groups, both internally and externally at all functional levels. 

3. Identifies, defines, and mitigates project risks: regularly identifies/mitigates any risk on our ability to deliver on our commitments; removes impediments to delivery and communicates to stakeholders as needed. 

4. Process Management and Improvement: seeks ways to adapt to meet the company’s and customers’ evolving needs while keeping process improvement at the forefront. 

5. Demonstrates team-work and contributes to a positive work culture: contributes to development of a positive work culture and collaboration by demonstrating teamwork and alignment with core company values. 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• BA/BS degree and ideally a project management certification such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma 
• 5+ years’ experience as an external, client-facing Project Manager at enterprise scale
• 5+ years’ experience working in a US Healthcare Payer environment
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare operations, payer business processes, provider/network practices and data exchanges
• Deep background in implementation of software as a service (SaaS) products
• EDI or data analytics experience 

Additional Information

Salary range: $120,000 - $135,000 US dependent on experience 

Travel up to 25% of the time
