Responsibilities

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our esteemed National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores. Engage customers in conversations regarding heating and cooling enhancements, air quality enhancements, energy conservation, and the myriad benefits we offer. Your primary task is to generate leads for Free, In-Home Consultations or promote home performance tune-ups. Our proficient industry experts will handle the rest!

Salary – $20 - $30+ per hour which includes hourly pay, bonuses, and commission, paid weekly.

 

Locations - Winchester, Virginia

 

Schedule – We are searching for full-time and part-time employees at this time, able to work at a store near you on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of each week.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently, represent our brand within partner retail environments.
• Sales experience preferred, but an outgoing personality will certainly work in place of experience
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends 
• All candidates must undergo pre-employment screenings
