We are looking for individuals with a strong passion for people development and belief in investing in personalized learning paths for employees! As our Learning and Development Partner, you will enable our Fashion Advisors to be the Front Face of Chanel by building their confidence and strengthening their ability to create an emotional connection with the clients to the brandYou will play the role of an active coach in engaging our Fashion Advisors by enhancing their learning and development to drive loyalty and sustaining the speed and depth of Chanel’s business growth.

Leveraging your unique experiences, Chanel will enable you to…

•  Customize learning solutions and individualized coaching methods
•  Be the Fashion Advisors’ trusted “go-to” advisor in Learning and Development
•  Partner with Head of Boutique to strategize and develop a comprehensive people development plan
•  Onboard new hires in the boutique
•  Proactively provide new people intelligence or pulse of the retail teams to the leadership team

You are energized by…

•  Bringing out the best of our Fashion Advisors
•  People development and coaching
•  Customizing and delivering training using blended learning approach
•  Having close observations of Fashion Advisors’ interactions with clients and identifying areas of improvement
•  Creating a personalized developmental action plan

What you can bring to the team…

•  Least 3 years’ work experience in a coaching or training role
•  Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
•  Strong passion for people development and client service excellence
•  High energy level, ability to exercise assertiveness when required
•  Ability to work at the boutique and retail hours
