We operate 60 stores, 3 eShops and an ecosystem of digital properties such as: public ticketing, public business and bookfriends.gr.</p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>Senior Forecast & Replenishment Analyst</strong> to lead analytical initiatives that optimize our inventory and replenishment operations. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical capabilities with a strategic mindset and has a proven track record of solving complex supply chain challenges using data.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Lead the analysis of forecasting and replenishment processes to uncover insights, reduce inefficiencies, and drive performance improvements.</li> <li>Develop and refine advanced forecasting models and replenishment strategies based on historical data, trends, and business inputs.</li> <li>Design and build end-to-end F&R dashboards and data models to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and support decision-making.</li> <li>Transform raw data into clear, actionable insights for both operational and strategic purposes.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, planning, finance, and commercial teams to align demand and inventory strategies.</li> <li>Identify and propose solutions for complex operational problems using a data-driven approach.</li> <li>Automate recurring reports and analytical processes to improve efficiency and scalability.</li> <li>Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Minimum of <strong>5-7 years of experience</strong> in supply chain analytics, demand planning, or a related field.</li> <li>Extensive experience with statistical modeling, time-series forecasting, and/or machine learning techniques is highly desirable.</li> <li>Advanced skills in <strong>statistics, mathematics, or a related technical discipline</strong>.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in <strong>Python, SQL & Excel</strong> for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.</li> <li>Proven expertise in analyzing large datasets and driving actionable insights in replenishment and inventory optimization.</li> <li>Sold foundation in Power BI, including data modeling (DAX, Power Query), report design, and performance optimization.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at various levels of the organization.</li> <li>Background in retail, FMCG, or other fast-paced, high-volume industries.</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>SAP and F&R planning systems</strong>.</li> <li>Experience working in a data warehouse environment or with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., Azure, BigQuery).</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Competitive compensation & benefits package</li> <li>Bonus scheme </li> <li>Life & Health insurance</li> <li>Behavioral health programs </li> <li>Dynamic work environment</li> <li>Exciting opportunity to grow with the role</li> <li>Great experience in a well-known and respected growing business</li> <li>Continues learning opportunities</li> <li>Exclusive access to our innovative employee app, <strong>OrangeGen</strong> <strong>🧡📲</strong>.</li> </ul><p><strong>What Does OrangeGen Offer?</strong></p><p>🔗 <strong>Connect</strong>: Engage with your colleagues and management seamlessly, ensuring you're always in the loop and part of our dynamic community.</p><p>🎉 <strong>Recognize</strong>: Celebrate achievements and milestones with a culture of recognition that boosts morale and fosters a positive work environment.
