The Restaurant Manager (RM) is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all of the restaurant operations. The RM ensures the development and growth of our restaurants. He or She is responsible for improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the restaurants. This person must be knowledgeable of financial processes and HR processes as related to the business to produce metrics reports. The ideal candidate must be an excellent leader who is also knowledgeable in food and customer service standards. From time to time this person will need to be hands on to facilitate the day-to-day operations. The goal of the RM is to facilitate the development and management of the restaurant to ensure long-term success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Receive inventory counts and order in accordance with item pars.
• Manage food and beverage vendor relationships.
• Manage food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Create menus and recipes.
• Recruit, train, and manage team members.
• Create schedules and prep payroll.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as food handling and beverage service guidelines.
• Review restaurant metrics and measure goals.
• Create, evaluate, and maintain proper restaurant processes and procedures.
• Follow up on guest issues with both guests and team members.
