Job Description

The Growth Manager for IDIQ's new brand: CreditBuilderIQ, is responsible for identifying and executing growth opportunities to increase revenue, enhance market presence, and improve partner and customer acquisition. This role involves a blend of sales, marketing, product development, and data analysis.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align growth initiatives.
  • Responsible for the implementation of growth projects from conception to completion.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities and trends.
  • Optimize the partner customer acquisition funnel and develop strategies to obtain new customers and retain existing customers.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on growth metrics and project progress to senior management.
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in fintech, credit applications that have B2C and B2B2C applications.
  • Proven experience in executing strategies for early-stage companies, preferably in a tech or software company.
  • Core competency in sales outreach, marketing and collateral creation, design, or product, with familiarity across all areas.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability with analytics, spreadsheets, and statistics to guide decision-making.

  • Proven ability to clearly define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them.

Additional Information

Position Details: This is a full-time, salaried position (40+ hours/week). 

Pay: The base pay range for this position is a minimum of $100,000 to a maximum of $115,00 annually plus potential commission earnings of up to $100,000 per year. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
