Position Summary

This position is responsible for assisting with tasks to ensure compliance to safety standards.

Essential Functions

Digitally file safety rosters, training documentation, other safety documentation
Assist with DOT (Department of Transportation) compliance
Process safety handbook requests - print, assemble, & ship using KAG mailroom
Process employee id badge requests
Key training data into databases
Support various functions of motorist feedback line
Support various functions of training support line
Other duties as assigned

 
QualificationsQualifications

High school diploma required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
