About the role

Every Fall Internship Should Feel This Good!

We’re on the lookout for highly motivated college students, in good academic standing, who are passionate about our brand and working toward a career in the retail industry. Interns will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations within their designated department, providing support to other departments as needed, as well as handling administrative tasks throughout the office.

You Will: 

  • Outlet
    • Daily management of Outlet deliverables, managing Graphic Design and Copy bandwidth along with Marketing and Outlet team approvals
    • Projects include Weekly Store Promos (2-4 emails, 5-10 signs, retail social), Outlet Microsite (1x a month, 10-20 deliverables across email, signs, paid ads)
    • Manage intake of projects in monday.com, ensure projects are being kicked off in a timely manner, and route projects in both monday.com and via Google slides
    • Take notes and send recap for the Weekly Outlet Creative Review
  • Store Compass
    • Manage store compass signage (5-20 signs per month)
    • Own intake of signage requests, set schedules in partnership with Visual Merchandising, and route to cross-functional partners for approval
    • Attend walkthroughs and take notes for Marketing and Creative teams, send recaps and comment edits for Graphic Design and Copy in monday.com
  • Retail + Wholesale
    • Assist Senior Marketing Ops Specialist in ad hoc Retail and Wholesale requests; managing intake and approval of projects in monday.com 

What you bring: 

  • Working toward a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Candidates must have a "can-do" attitude, strong attention to detail and be comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • Well-organized, talented and enthusiastic
  • Proactive in their approach, look for opportunities to improve upon existing structures and find creative ways to utilize best practices
  • Demonstrate the ability to carefully listen to others at all levels of the organization
  • Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Understand and adhere to all policies related to the organization

A few things you should know:

  • This internship is for credit only and you must be able to provide the appropriate paperwork from your school in order to be considered
  • Able to come into the office on either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday (2x a week)
  • We work with your class and extracurricular schedule to determine your internship schedule. Please note: we recommend working two full 8 hour days and one 4 hour half day
  • The Fall internship can be up to 15 weeks long with a max of 20 hours per week
  • Fall internship slated to start the week of September 23, 2024
