Position Summary:

The DAM Lead is responsible for the overall governance, administration, and continuous improvement of Enovis’ enterprise digital asset management platform. 

This role partners closely with marketing, creative, product, legal, and IT teams to ensure digital assets are managed effectively throughout their lifecycle and integrated with the broader marketing technology ecosystem. The role also establishes global standards for asset organization, metadata, permissions, and workflows to support efficient content operations and brand consistency. 

Success in this role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on platform management, with a focus on building scalable governance frameworks and improving asset accessibility and reuse across the organization.
