Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee systems integration, test/evaluation, and technical risk mitigations.
- Ensure compliance with NIST standards for software, hardware, and cybersecurity.
- Guide projects through DoD acquisition and systems‑engineering lifecycle.
- Provide hands‑on technical leadership across tactical C4ISR/EW/cyber systems.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical and technical stakeholders.
- Mentor data modeling, architecture, and cybersecurity‑focused teams.
- Facilitate agile delivery using SAFe methods and JIRA.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor's + 12+ years (8+ in DoD/IC technical product roles), or Master's + 10.
- Strong background in data modeling or information assurance.
- Deep systems integration and risk‑management experience.
- Excellent briefing and stakeholder engagement skills.
Must Have an ACTIVE TS/SCI With CI Poly.
