Join Family Medicine at 87th Ave as a Medical Assistant (MA) Apprentice!  The MA Apprentice Program is an earn-as-you-learn opportunity designed to equip you with the skills needed to obtain your Washington State MA-C credential.  Approved by the Washington State Department of Health, this program offers hands-on training, classroom instruction/online modules, and a pathway to a rewarding healthcare career.

Program Details:

• Non-negotiable Pay: $18.89/hour, increasing to $19.97/hour for final 1,000 hours of on-the-job training

• Bonus: $1,500 total bonus paid in three installments (payment subject to applicable tax withholding and service term)

• Full-time employment with benefits during training.

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked.  Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
