As an Associate Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the site strategy for Maintenance (Preventive and Corrective), Asset Care, and Utilities operation in accordance with Key Performance measures, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety / regulatory requirements, and operational goals.

 

You will also be responsible for maintaining budget and cost controls; managing contractors for optimal services across the site; providing direct supervision to the Maintenance Team executing responsibilities as a people manager; leading projects as necessary performing Capex and Maintenance cost control and reporting; and managing the Long-Term equipment plan and equipment reliability strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops site 1–3-year Maintenance Strategy, implementing plan and acting as a member of the site leadership team with cross functional decision making, communication, prioritization, setting SHE and Quality as fundamental expectations and aligned with Arcadia Code of conduct.

  • Provide people management for the maintenance staff, including effective communication, conducting performance reviews, holding 1:1 meetings, ensuring timely completion of work documentation, overseeing task execution, monitoring KPI achievement, managing timecards, and addressing disciplinary actions and recognition efforts as needed.

  • Responsible for Utilities operations, overall correct and preventive maintenance of facility and equipment to minimize deliver business expectations and maintaining related systems.

  • Owns Asset Care program including inventory of critical spare parts to ensure repairs can be made in an acceptable time frame and Continuous improvement through minor capital projects and support to site initiatives.

  • Performs required functions to support maintenance operations as purchasing, documentation updates, including but not limited to SOPs, Job Safety Analysis - JSAs, technical information, etc) and technical reviews to MSAs and other technical documentation as per site plan.

  • Additional responsibilities as define and provided by leadership.

  You bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred. Equivalent experience in a relevant technical discipline may be considered.

  • 10 or more years of experience in a relevant industrial environment, including at least 5 years of experience managing direct reports on a maintenance team.

  • Experience with strategic and masterplan definition and implementation.

  • Experience with project management.
