The Program Manager role within the Data & Analytics Strategic Initiatives group is instrumental in advancing the objectives of the Enterprise AI Council and Data and Analytics company wide. This position encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from spearheading project coordination and delivery to ensuring seamless execution of forums and engagements! A significant aspect of this role involves marketing communication responsibilities, which include creating or curating content, managing production schedules and logistics, and devising effective communication strategies. We're seeking individuals with exceptional organizational acumen, resilience under pressure, meticulous attention to detail, and a talent for distilling and conveying complex information across diverse platforms and events.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, leadership, and judgment.
• Define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Own the project plan, schedule, budget, resource management, vendor management, issues, and risks.
• Manage the delivery of multiple projects concurrently with moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk, involving multiple business areas and owners.
• Manage dependencies and impacts with other teams and business functions.
• Ensure project commitments and deliverables are met.
• Interact daily with a wide range of roles and functions, cross-functional technical teams, cross-functional business teams, and process owners to develop the overall project plan and ensure the smooth delivery of the business solution and all deliverables.
• Drive collaboration with marketing and communications SMEs to ensure project initiatives are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Work is reviewed and measured based on the attainment of objectives and overall success of projects.
• Meet business expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction with delivery to schedule and budget.
• Provide global and cross-functional leadership to local and virtual project teams, fostering a collaborative environment for teams to excel in.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong project management skills, including communication, planning, risk and capacity management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to present complex ideas and information clearly across various formats, including text, visuals, and verbal explanations.
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, large audiences, and working with global cross-functional teams.
• Effective at influencing, negotiating, and building quick working relationships.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus
• Experience in business partner relationships and business value scorecards
• Experience with MarCom, from content preparation to managing production and vendor logistics and event coordination
• Knowledge of business applications and business process optimization concepts
