Interim Team Captain, Operations and Supply Chain

<div class="content-intro"><p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Help empower our global customers to connect to culture through their passions.</strong></p></div><p><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Why you'll love the role</strong><br>The Team Captain, Operations and Supply Chain will supervise, and support the activities of the Operations team and the Supply Chain team, including the unboxing/boxing, processing, and dock areas as well as the picking, put away, optimizing and organizing product inventory, keeping accurate real-time records of inventory-product movement, and providing supply chain operations support for customers, brands and power sellers.This role will also assist in assembling data, assist in analyzing performance, identify problems, provide input, and assist in developing processes and solutions that support operations.</p> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">What you will do</strong></div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Create, support, and foster a safe and team-based work environment</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Be aware of and follow all performance expectations and ensure Team Members (TMs) are adhering to their performance expectations.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Provide coaching and training to both new and current team members to meet and exceed quality and productivity targets</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Oversee fulfillment activities including receiving, put away, picking, and shipping as well as outbound team to ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment and shipment of all customer orders</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Support fulfillment activities for Internal Selling, Custodial and Power Sellers.&nbsp;</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Achieve key metrics across supply chain and operations.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">SOP adherence for product flow in the Authentication Center</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies, find root causes, develop and implement solutions to inventory management processes.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"&g
