This individual regularly evaluates student progress to drive academic progress.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Executes the mission of LEEP Dual Language Academy&nbsp;</li> <li>Believes that every child can and will achieve high academic standards, and provides consistent support to our students no matter how challenging the individual situation may be.</li> <li>Consistently reflects on self, as well as instructional practices, to achieve these academic goals</li> <li>Invest several hours per week in professional learning, including personalized instructional coaching, lesson study, co-planning, book study groups and other learning work</li> <li>Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned music lessons that integrate hands-on experiments, inquiry-based learning, and real-world applications.</li> <li>Analyze student performance data to inform instruction, provide targeted interventions, and track progress toward mastery of grade-level content and testing benchmarks.</li> <li>Design and implement differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners, including English Language Learners and students with IEPs.</li> <li>Collaborate with grade-level teams and school leadership
