Bar Back Pool Bar & Cafe - Seasonal - Beau Rivage

THE JOB:

As a Bar Back, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by clearing, cleaning, and restocking the beverage areas to ensure smooth service. By understanding the guests’ unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY: $9.41 (plus tip)  

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the cleanliness of beverage areas, including all related bar equipment, tools, supplies, trash removal, and sanitation of the work area, including refrigerators, countertops, and floors
• Maintain the assigned inventory levels of glassware, condiments, beer, paper products, and other necessary items needed for the efficient operation of the beverage outlet while performing excellent guest service

 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
• Adapt to varying weather conditions and ensuring the same high level of service poolside.
• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
• Describes themselves as detail-oriented
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
