Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Manager, Digital Integration Services, who is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and implementation of integration services across the organization. This role ensures seamless connectivity between applications, data, and business processes while driving innovative digital transformation initiatives. 

Key Accountabilities:  

• Act as a hands-on technical lead, directly implementing integration solutions to support the digital portfolio’s growth and operations.
• Build foundational integration processes and frameworks for seamless connectivity between digital platforms, applications, and data systems.
• Collaborate with remote digital teams to analyze integration requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Design and implement APIs, middleware, and other integration tools to enable efficient communication across digital platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and support.
• Establish data security and governance protocols for integrations within the digital portfolio.
• Optimize workflows for digital platforms to enhance performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges while minimizing system downtime.
• Lay the groundwork for scaling the team by creating standards, documentation, and processes.
• Continuously evaluate emerging integration technologies and contribute innovative ideas to the organization
• Model the Berlin Values and serve as a champion for The Berlin Culture as defined in the employer and employee portions of the T-Chart.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
• 7+ years’ experience in integration services, middleware, and API management required.
• Proficiency with Azure APIM, Functions, and Integration Services. Proficiency in Mulesoft preferred.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and microservices architecture.
• Experience managing remote technical teams, both onshore and offshore.
• Ability to lead complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

CA, IL, NY Pay range$120,000—$140,000 USD
