Junior Talent Acquistion Specialist

GCyber is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support GCyber’s growth objectives and capitalizing on expansion opportunities through hiring and placement of personnel within existing Federal Government customer accounts. As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth by recruiting a diverse workforce that is passionate about solving complex problems that enhance national security.

• This position is Remote/Work from Home eligible.

As the Junior Talen Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Support the delivery team by identifying client needs, qualifying candidates, and managing feedback.
• Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.
• Expand GCyber’s market share by quickly filling open positions and generating new accounts.
• Source, vet, and match candidates to customer-facing opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Draft and submit candidate profiles to customers based on position requirements.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Competitive drive with a passion for sales
• Love working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
• Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities; able to quickly grasp new, often technical, concepts
• Experience in staff augmentation or other service-oriented sales, especially within the IT industry is highly preferred
