<h2><b>Introduction Sentence</b></h2> <p>For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a </p> <h2><b>Your new job includes</b></h2> <p>As a Buying Assistant Watches &amp; Jewelry (m/f/d), you will actively and passionately support the purchasing team in day-to-day administrative business. <br/> In particular, you will</p> <ul> <li>be involved in communication with national and international suppliers and our internal departments</li> <li>take on the coordination of product range-related point of sale (POS) activities</li> <li>check all relevant purchasing data in close cooperation with our master data team and prepare monthly evaluations and analyses</li> <li>check incoming invoices and clarify invoice discrepancies with our suppliers</li> <li>assist with order preparation, follow-up and assortment creation and create sales lists, analyses, budget queries and order sheets</li> <li>assist in the preparation of presentations for meetings</li> </ul> <h2><b>Preferred Profile</b></h2> <ul> <li>Successfully completed commercial training or a Bachelor's degree</li> <li>Ideally initial experience in a purchasing department in an international trading company or in dealing with customers and suppliers</li> <li>Confident MS Office skills, especially in Excel and ideally experience in working with SAP </li> <li>Fluent in German and English </li> <li>A high degree of service orientation and enjoyment of administrative activities</li> <li>Strong communication skills, which makes it easy for you to communicate beyond your own team</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch. </p> <h2><b>Closure</b></h2> <p>Are you interested?
