Senior Manufacturing Technician

Senior Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing manufacturing processes in a controlled environment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires expertise in working within an ISO 7 (Class 10,000) cleanroom environment and operating in a Class 100 biosafety cabinet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manufacturing operations following established procedures, protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Operate and maintain equipment in compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Work within an ISO 7 (Class 10,000) cleanroom environment, including appropriate gowning procedures.
• Handle and process materials within a Class 100 biosafety cabinet.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.
• Accurately document all activities, deviations, and process improvements in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure adherence to best practices and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to four years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a cleanroom environment (ISO 7/Class 10,000) and biosafety cabinet (Class 100) operations.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to gown and work in a cleanroom environment for extended periods.
• Ability to stand, lift, and move equipment and materials as required.
• Comfortable performing tasks requiring dexterity and precision.
