Registered Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Livonia, MI. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments and document medical histories and symptoms.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to healthcare team members and family members.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing activities.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred, especially in home health care.
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation to and from patient homes in Livonia and surrounding areas.
