Working for the Director of Product Management, this individual will play a pivotal role in executing on the RCPL, Global Solutions Engineering priorities, improving efficiency in the organization, managing the various operating rhythms.

Job Description:

Your day-to-day:

• Manage operating routines that facilitate decision-making, autonomy, leadership alignment, and team engagement, inclusive of staff meetings, operational reviews, leadership off-sites, All Hands, etc. Set the agenda, participate in the meetings, document decisions, and communicate outcomes. Drive execution of tasks and follow-ups.  

• Define an operating framework that enables visibility, accountability, and activation on RCPL Global Solutions Engineering priorities 

• Conduct and support on strategic analysis for various meetings both regular and ad hoc.  

• Establish and optimize operating routines for the business unit and create supporting collateral (agendas, slides, etc.) 

• Partner within and outside the RCPL Global Solutions Engineering organization to lead complex initiatives, operating at the strategic and tactical level to ensure appropriate participation and delivery 

• Act as a liaison between Global Solutions Engineering and other teams, ensuring alignment and integration of GSE initiatives with broader business goals
