  • Provide environmental project management support across all phases of development and execution, collaborating with Engineering, Construction Services, Business Development, Legal, and other internal partners.

  • Coordinate environmental compliance programs and systems, including waste management, development of procedures, technical documents, contract specifications, and construction‑support processes such as inspections and monitoring.

  • Act as the Company’s environmental representative with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies, supporting NEPA reviews, agency coordination, public meetings, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Manage external vendors, consultants, and contractors, including environmental and waste management services, while leading all aspects of project budgets typically ranging from $0.5M to $5.0M.

Who You Are

  • You are comfortable working independently on complex projects, exercising sound judgment and applying senior‑level technical expertise to solve environmental and regulatory challenges.

  • You communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences, including regulators, landowners, contractors, and internal leadership.

  • You are organized, diligent, and experienced in managing multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and changing project requirements in a dynamic environment. Ability to travel 25%.
