Customer Service- Front Office

What we expect from you:

 

Assist the Commercial Department and provide adequate support to allow the business to flow smoothly. Liaise with Commercial and logistics responsibilities, as well as documentary credits.

 

Among your main functions are:

• Liaising with the clients and following up their orders, queries and specific needs.
• Support the Commercial manager with the administrative tasks of the sales:

• Introduction and follow-up of the sales and purchase orders in SAP.
• Issuing of pro forma invoices.
• Creation and management of contracts in SAP.
• Request and follow-up credit lines in SAP system.
• Administration and follow-up of the sales forecast in SAP.
• Creation and modification of clients in the Master Data.
• Creating monthly pricing tables in SAP.
• Follow-up of pending and overdue invoices with the clients.

• Daily contact with the rest of CEPSA departments: logistics, distribution, finance, documentary, IT, invoicing, etc.
• Liaising with the distribution and logistics departments for booking of vessels as per clients’ requirements.
• Follow-up of shipments, off-takes and stocks.
• Reconciliation and reporting of monthly inventories to the principals.
• Checking incoming Letters of Credit (L/C).
• Verifying and revising the L/C documents raised by the documentation department of Cepsa Quimica. Submits and negotiates L/C documents with the banks.

 

What we are looking for:

 

·       Master degree or equivalent through experience.

·       High knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Some basic knowledge in French is highly appreciated.

·       Experience on import/export operations.

·       Some understanding of logistic operations.

·       Knowledge in SAP ERP tool and Documentary Credits
