Purpose of the role:

This role is responsible for analysing incoming product requirements, decomposing tasks, and formalising documentation for the Backoffice and promotion tools to ensure smooth communication across teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Writing and adjusting business requirements based on artefacts that come from PO.
• Decomposition of tasks with PM, TL & QA so that each part would carry separate product increment.
• Formalisation of requirements into different product teams. 
• Managing the structure of the Confluence space with detailed requirements.
• Constructive criticism of incoming designs from PO, initiation of changes in different artefacts. Initiation of team requirements review processes.

Required Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience as Business Analyst.
• Experience in iGaming domain will be an advantage.
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Self-organised, proactive, detail-oriented. 
• Upper-Intermediate or higher Russian and English (B2+)
