Senior Associate, Sales Account Management

Primary purpose of the position is to provide Leadership to Regional Category finance team & Business partnering with the Regional Marketing & Commercialization teams. This role also works across the Region with Country Marketing and Finance teams, as well as the Global category teams.

ROLE SUMMERY:

Responsible for the management of specific Key Accounts within the Portuguese trade including analysis, presentation of products and trade term negotiation. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Key Account Plan development in line with Categories Strategies that delivers Sales, Trade Spend and SOM objectives
• Ensure right execution of Key Account Plan (from customer presentation to execution at stores)
• Promo ROI continuous improvement
• Preparation, negotiation and execution of customers annual agreements
• Support of the Lead Sales Account Management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree level education or equivalent, emphasis on Sales & Marketing
• Commercial background with at least 5 years in Commercial
• Fluent in English
• Understanding and knowledge of the Portuguese & European retail environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to prioritize
• Ability to drive for results with high degree of initiative and speed
• Strong communicator and team worker, able to build relationships at all levels and across function in an ambiguous environment
