What You’ll Do


Evaluate and treat patients across multiple care settings
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional recovery
Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on care plans and home programs
Document accurately in the electronic health record
Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives



What We’re Looking For


Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Michigan Physical Therapist (PT) license required
Previous experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehab preferred
Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
