Internship Program Overview
At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their careers, all while making a giant impact. We offer 12-week summer internship opportunities across various business functions.
Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team-building activities. Additionally, interns will have access to online learnings and a dedicated summer coach to further grow their careers with us.

Product Team Overview
As an Associate Product Manager intern at ServiceNow you will work closely with our engineers, designers, and product marketers to guide products from conception to launch. This entry level product management role provides a great opportunity for individuals seeking to launch their product management career. This role is for someone who loves diving into details and fixing user pain points. We are looking for an outside-the-box thinker who can quickly identify market needs/ problems to solve and accelerate the team towards solving them. Our ideal candidate has a strong desire to learn, a keen business sense, is curious, and able to step back and be creative.
As an Assoc. Product Manager Intern you may:
- Collaborate with senior product managers and cross-functional team members (e.g., engineering, design, product marketing) across the entire project lifecycle to deliver critical programs for Service Now initiatives.
- Contribute to product strategy that sets us up for success as we look to grow to $15B+ in revenue.
- Research and collect product requirements from key buyer audiences and end-users to determine areas of opportunity for product enhancements.
- Oversee the product or project timeline, deadlines, milestones as it is being built by development/engineering and communicate with stakeholders to keep them updated.
- Help drive customer usage and adoption programs.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews and competitive analysis.
- Build familiarity with scrum process and contribute to team deliverables.
- Prepare project performance analytics by reviewing system generated dashboards, identify, and publish key messages backed with data points.
- Participate and help drive the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.
- Generate multiple solutions, define actionable milestones, create plans, and work with teams to bend the curve on key metrics.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
- 0 – 2 years of related experience
- Graduating December 2024, or later
- Able to work full
